I've Been Designing sites for about 2 years(freelance of course), and I've decided to make an online portfolio. My niche is pretty much with small organizations that can not afford to hire a web design firm.
The site is still in the development phase and I have yet to finish the portfolio, but tell me what you think and any suggestions. Don't be too harsh I'm still an amatuer.
For the blank space on the left
I'm thinking of putting "recent work", and Relevant Rss feeds
I agree, you have to take a look at the colors of your text. Your fonts are very small, but looking at the design it is understandable. Not terribly bad though.
I like your sites' asthetics -- nice color - kind of suspenceful. It appeals to me and others - I am sure.
However, when I go to a click-on - I expect to be able to "click-on", and many of your webpages are static, just informational and do not operate beyond the initial statement you make.
