Positives - nice and clean layout, fast to load, simple navigation
Negatives - lack of information, no "About Us", prices or proper details of services. Portfolio is very empty, so a few more sights for yourself just to bulk it out and show what you can do.
You are entering a massively competitive market, in its current state I doubt it will cut the mustard.
