It works and looks fine. Well, actually it looks a lot like a certain other video sharing site. I'd be wary of legal action over design copyright, infringing etc.

Decent content, the only thing I could suggest is getting rid of some ads? I understand it's important, but ruins the experience.

designwise, it doesnt quite look right. I cant work out why lol. I think its the menu and logo combination. If I were in your target audience, I'd just leave and goto YouTube.

It takes a lot of time to load all the images and advertisements.

All the video/animated banners are really annoying, but I guess
they bring a lot of money so ...

Thanks for the replies. I made a few changes. The auction system is working now and also we took off the left column advertisements.

We added some instructions too.

Looks awesome..though the video is not playing ?

I am assuming its a video site, with contrasting combination of half naked girls and rudy Gilliani

By site wise, it is perfect. I am not sure if you have got the content right though.
