Website Review and Suggestions

After getting excellent reviews for my site i have made some changes as per advice by great people here. I need some more help to make it better. People here have really help me to make my site better and i am greedy to make it much better than what it is right now. mysign is my website

You have used 3 link units, 2 referrals, 1 search box. Is that allowed?
I mean they are 6 in total. I'm not sure, hence asking.
The page has been designed in a nice way.

Very good design. Very good use of green in the menu. I usually stay away from it, because it's so hard to make it look right, but you seem to have nailed it.

Thanks for all your review. i am happy with my site. But i believe in improving and people here have help me a lot.# u can use 3 ad unit and search box and referral nothing wrong with that

Its a shame but kinda ironic that you chose to dilute your site with the very thing your promoting.

You have some unique content and some useful links but you have so much adsense that its difficult to work out whats genuine and whats there just to generate revenue.

Looks OK but you get minus marks for being a close relation of MFA.

Thanks for your suggestions. I am not ashamed of anything. I think i have worked hard to get my site updated with valuable content and i am still working on backend to add as much as many content i can get. Yes my site is related to adsense but i am trying to provide every bit of information about seo and blogs. There is lot of hard work with content generation.
