Website Review and Suggestions

Hey,
My co admin made this layout and intergraded it into the forums and it's all set. So can you guys criticize it and see what we need to change?

overall the site looks a little plain. I do like a clean simple design and layout, however when I go to a technology site, such as a hosting company, I expect to see some sort of pazzaz

I think it would be a little better if you got away from the classic CMS theme (Menu right along the top or side, etc.)

I like the colors, and it seems pretty streamlined. Overall, pretty good!

but aren't most sites like that? how else should/could we do it?

I think the design is good but the Google Ads are throwing the site layout right out.

After reading what the ads do I would really suggest making them look a bit more in tone with the site so they are not so in your face
