Please review XcellenceIT web site.
I have to chose between XcellenceIT and another site, Cratima,
made in flash.
This is XcellenceIT web site:
www.XcellenceIT .com you will find it at my signature, too.
My opinion: graphics are not at their highest but nice look,

medium load time, nice content, the information is founded

quickly, SEO friendly.

Waiting for your opinions! Does it reach its target (the customers)?

Nice flash work but the overall aesthetic of the site looks dated.

I'd reduce your Flash content to a minimum.

If you look at the sites of the major players you will find very little Flash content. IMO its use should be restricted to adverts and game play.

Have to echo previous poster - its old school.

unfortunately full flash sites are not really SE friendly

We are going to make a HTML version of Cratima Interactive web site.

The reason for doing this is all the answers and reviews we got from this forum. I would like to thank you for that!

It will be easier to optimize the HTML version, but we hope to create something entertaining for our visitors too, because, until now they were impressed.

Typical. Make the site only look good in Internet Explorer...check it out in Firefox. Everything's broken.

We've always test all our project for the top browsers:
Mozilla Firefox, IE, Safari, Opera.
It works very well. Maybe you have some add-ons that
mess up some of the pages you view.
I used to have Alexa for Mozilla Firefox installed and have
this problem.
Mozilla Firefox is my default browser so is my first concern
that our web site looks great in it.

The noice is really annoying to be quite honest. It does seem a little templatish. Looking forward to seeing how the html version turns out

Your Flashes are OK, but I think that from the twinckle of your sites visitor firendly you should consider about giving up using too much flash, because many people don't have the support of it in their browsers.

But as a piece of "art" your site look fine to me.

As I've said above, we're going to make a HTML version, in order to satisfy the SEO, SEM need.

web 2.0 - the HTML version will be more web 2.0 that the flash version.
why does it matter?

I'd agree with many of the previous posts. The noise is annoying. The design is great but late—it looks dated. Flash presents more usability issues than I care to go into here. What I saw of the HTML was table-based layout. In short, the site left me with the feeling of a single person (or student) trying to look bigger.

Overall the portfolio shows talent, but in raw form. For example, there seems to be excellent illustration skills, but a weak eye for typography throughout the site shown by justified type in columns leaving huge gaps between words.

Also, your description of services seems non-descript. What exactly do you do?
