The only thing I hate about it is that I don't like how it opens a new window/tab for many of the links. I have 8 tabs open just from browsing through your site.
Visually, I feel like it's very plain and grayscale. Add a little bit of soft color instead of the gray, and I think you are on to something. Also, the left menu doesn't look like it matches up with the header and footer. There is a gap at the top and the color doesn't match at the bottom.
It seems like all of the customer service sites I go to have a picture of a business woman wearing a headset, but I don't think it's necessary to go that far. You may want to consider a logo or graphic of some sort, however.
Also, some of your links seem to bring up a completely different menu, and many of the links disappear, e.g., click on Help Desk from the main page.
And finally, you may want to consider a PayPal option in addition to credit cards for purchasing. As an online consumer myself, I prefer PayPal, but I guess I do use CC when I have to.
