The design looks nice and fresh, 50 megabytes per file is a good thing too, I'm sure after you gain some popularity you should increase the upload limit, and get a some user registration, so that they can get more control of there files.

And last you should put some ads you that site.

I like it. If were you I would make a premium version also for your site for 7 dollars a month or something like that.

upload50 is nice and memorable name

the colors are nice and noone has a doudt what the site is about
very simple and functional design ... good work
