The design looks okay, with good colors. The only thing I don't like about the layout are the Navigation links.

The thing that I hate is that you're using tables...They're as old as moldy cheese..

it would be better if you put some rollovers on your navigation
to some it looks like its one object.

I would suggest changing the images to gif too. site takes a long time to load.

Just some points for improvement. I'm using FireFox, so some of these might be better in IE:
1) Some of the images don't load properly on homepage (for me at least)
2) Your CSS has an error in it (says web developer toolbar):
.textarea {
border-color:#;
}
3) Tables are so out. Dig the div movement.
4) How wide is the site supposed to be? It takes up about 700px on my screen
5) Have you considered screen readers and how they will view the site?
6) You are confronted by a login box (I think it is anyway). How do you register? What are the benefits?
7)http://www.georgiajbq.org/index-c.html doesn't seem to work at all
8)Homepage login button at top. Why? Does it work?
9) Why two link bars?

in IE I can see the images to links. FireFox shows broken links and doesn't look all that great. It didn't take long to load other content in either.
I would consider using 'Alt' text for images. Broken links just don't look good.

I like the color scheme.

The source code seems to be put together from different sources. You have divs mixed in with tables, and both lowercase and uppercase tags. I would recommend converting to XHTML.

Most of the images look great. The ones showing the calendar dates looked like they were resized from a larger image. I would replace them.

I think your images on the left aren't loading in Firefox because you have a backslash instead of a forward slash in the path to those images.
