Website Review and Suggestions

Hi Guys,

I recently launched one of my latest sites (f8tballNEWS) and would kindly like to ask you for your review of the same. This particular site takes a Digg approach to present football/soccer news from around the world. Similar to Digg, users can submit news, vote on news, and all that good stuff.

I like the look of the site. I don't usually use green in my designs, but you seem to have pulled it off well.

Hi,

Site looks very cool. This green is a bit strange to me, but i think it fitted with all other elements. All in all, very nice site

I like the layout, which is probably pligg if I am not mistaken

I don't particularly like the yellow/grey horizontal stripes in the background

they are distracting ... visitor focuses (in a disturbing way) too much on those in the point that he/she misses the content ... I personally would change that
