it needs more than a layout,

bullymail is the name you give it but the url homeworkhelp.uk.to
who is going make sense of that ... its a little annoying if you ask me

no thats what i got at the moment homeworkhelp.uk.to is will have a proxy and anonnymouse emails

bullymail is one of the contents i just need a layout

You're really asking for this stuff to be abused - but by the name Bullymail I guess that was the intention. If it is used to a noticeable extend, your host will not allow that because it's abusing their server.
