I got the uneasy feeling of extreme busyness, I dont like the extremely small set width, your text is way to scrunched together, and everything collides with each other.

Your banner being animated is not a bad thing, but you have to many animations going on. As for the color, it doesnt look to appealing. Because your working with a white background I think you can change it around pretty easily.

Otherwise it looks good, organized, good concept.
Keep it up

Your paragraphs need some "padding", words are too close to the edges, almost touching

The scroll text get hidden behind the colored background

Your borders change of style is unacceptable, stick to one or two kind of borders

Need to differentiate between the content background color and the body background color, don't have them both white, or at least consider a border on all your content

The left side navigation links don't think need to be underlined, eveyone knows that navigations are links (too many underlined links to the point that I am sick) consider using a nice "hover" effect for you links (a:hover{background:#eee;})

The site has lots of potential but needs more padding/spacing and cleaner/smoother images
also validate it:

The validation shows lots of errors and lots of use of deprecated html, which isn't good for accessibility.
site has a google pagerank of 1 which isn't aweful if you have lots of great content, but is not going to compete well with sites that have built lots of inlinks

First logo is not impressive i like the left side menu design.but you can do better and font style and other things are very very old design.
i feel you should need to care about design Goodluck

I think it needs to be wider

and I think the color of the header image should be closer to the color of the navigation menu

short comment... gd website but too squeezed up and heading colour need a change too much crammed info in a small space... try reformating the webpage as in give it some air too breathe... too cramp bro... gd luck and all the best!! check my blog aite!

The font is a juggle between Arial (or whatever it is) and Times New Roman. I don't like Times New Roman usage on webpages unless it is totally innovative and fitting.

Add padding and make sure the font is set to something better than Times New Roman. It's all very tight together.

I'd recommend reconsidering your web design structure and use colors that aren't too dull.
