Your top banner is distorted but I like the picture used. The use of pictures are nice and flow very well with the content.
I like the simple design, it serves its purpose well.
Nice use of colour for the simplicity.
Is the 'VW' in the logo suppose to look like that? The 'Lee' has nice clean edges and the 'VW' is jagged. I think it would look better with sharp clean edges but that's really just a preference.
Third paragraph, last sentence 'client-focussed' is not spelled correctly, it should be 'client-focused'.
I think the intentions throw the alignment off, especially with only two lines of text.
I don't really understand the purpose of the side nav even though it does look cool but it's so close to the top nav and offers the same exact thing.
It states 'More About Us' but it's really not, kind of misleading. Also, on that nav the use of the word 'index' is probably confusing to most people considering the definition.
I think a Home Page is very useful for every site, just a short introduction with 'About us' being a link to another page and not serving two purposes.
It would also complete the top nav, it looks like there is a spot for one more menu button that was just removed.
Still needs a little work but overall, good job. Clean presentation. Content is clear and to the point. No spelling or grammatical errors.
