Nice blue background but i would do something with a logo, and add some more graphics.

Add a footer with the websites details an d navigation to the other parts of the website.
I'd make the logo an link to the home page

The white text with the background is a bit hard and the logo besides that keep it up

my attention just slips o the banner . But maybe a white background maybe better with some frame graphics etc ?

Cool background color. Good layout too. However work on with your logo and add some more graphics to give it a professional look.
