Both are professionally done. But the second is better. Like the dimensional look of second.

Very much like the colour scheme of the first, it's very slick. The second however is better, it has a dynamic feel that is very good, and an attention to detail suggests that a real website could work in this space. The colour scheme isn't as nice as the first. I like the pinstriping in the menu, but dislike it in the top right corner.

No, you can't sell someone elses work as your own. You can use it free of charge when designing a website but if you are being paid for that website you can only charge for the work that you did, not the design and creation.

Our web templates may be used for your own and/or your clients' websites, but you may not sell/offer for free our templates in any sort of collection, such as distributing to a third party via CD, DVD, or letting others to download them from your websites etc.
