this site lacks proportion and looks a bit 90's ish... add some proper layout to the actual site and get the boxes in proportion, if your using a 3 column layout make sure nothing overlaps, the colors are a bit too dark and need another color in there to brighten things up imo, a fair but of work needed but i think it has potential

As said above its missing an actual design, the entire top half of the page looks like it belongs below where the actual layout is.

1. shorten the descriptio, maybe say like "we offer the latest and most popular hindi and english music" Listing everything you have should not be right in the first sentence.

2. Player needs to be integrated a little better, dead center in the page looks unprofessional. Maybe have a small player in the top right, very top.

3. Your ads come to far into the center of your page, keep them top or bottom for a site like yours. Not in the middle.

4. The tables that list your channels, look cheesy. Maybe add some snappy menus or something.

Right: The site looks good it has a nice design, but it has to many Google ads.
You should change that........

The site looks okay, but for some reason quicktime always crashes my browser. It would be smarter to see if you can make the players in flash instead of embedded players that are one the user's computer.

Loads of ads on the site and not proportionally fixed........add some more color to get a good look of the site..!!
