I dont like the design at all. the top and the menu is ok, but do somrthing about the rest.

I don't like the "would you, please, register on ur forums?" part - it sounds like you are begging too much. You are also using a transparent PNG as your logo and this doesn't display correctly in IE6 (see for yourself, http://ipinfo.info/netrenderer/). IE7 does something strange with that as well.

The really large adsense ad that took most of the right side of the screen looks off. You could place smaller ones inserted in between every articles and/or page elements.

The site could use some designs... It looks awfully dull, from below the menu.

The search box could be put in line with the menu features. It look distracting and out of place.

It's a nice template - badly implemented. Colours and images are wrong for the content.

However - on a quick look through the content seems OK.

Site has suffered a mass redesign, and I hope you will like it better. The community and traffic are growing rapidly. Still, be kind and give honest opinions.

All you layout is off alignment.
Left side menu is below your middle part and your adsense is even lower

Left Side Menu adsense part (first from the top) is too wide and it pushing the rest down
Make it max. 200pxs and see what happened

It is 200 px wide. And, as I can see on my screen, is not out of alignment at all...though I am using 1280x960

Well the domain name is nice and the logo is ok. But the menu is not showing properly. The menu does not fit in a single line. And your left and right blocks are showing way down. You should fix those layouts and your site will look great.

I've made menu to fit to one line...for the rest...I don't know what are you talking about? I've consulted 3-4 friends, all of them using 1024x768 and they all say it's loading perfectly well...

The content looks great as well as your template, I would suggest a new logo though.

Be aware of the trade mark issues before promoting that domain name....I am not sure if u can use that domain name...
