Hey,
In all a nice site, good content and colours etc, but i personally dont like the banners and popups, even with my popup blocker i got 2 popups this usually makes me not want to stay on the site for long as i cant be bothered to keep closing the popups. Another thing is the logo, i think it could be a tiny bit more professional and the colours make the text hard to read.

But may just be me.
