The header doesn't match the background top, the background isn't properly made and also I am not interested in the layout much. Sorry, but I'd rate this 4.0

If your gonna do a web 2.0 style sort of design, go the whole way. I agree with AdzP, 4.0

I like the site but I must agree with the them, Needs some graphic work done to the header mainly. Nice site otherwise, Is that a script you can buy?

I agree with AdzP. You can add Google ads under your advertisement on main page.

The logo is nice but the header needs improvement.

Loose left side menu and instead make Top Bar with drop down options.
Move your Ad to the top or bottom. It will give more space for your promotions stuff
so you can have them use whole space.

It looks oddly when you pass your left site menu part with empty space to the left.
Or you can use floating menu Java script to keep left side busy
