Website Review and Suggestions

My site is about health. But as we all know, there are to many websites about that. So the design and the content, seo, framework are important.
Please review my site and give some advise.

From SEO aspect, site will be doing very well but as visitor it throw at you
too much of text, text and endless text.

If you add some lite images around "green" subjects titles, it will rest, at least a little bit
visitors brains and will put them at ease

The first impression, when I came to your site was like: "Oh, messy list of links". If it's not idea, that it looks like a "fog of links", then maybe you should think the link placement again. Maybe you'll find a cleaner way to place them.

As a nonamerican, the place may be suit our country. But i don't know if the place suit the american's habit.
So, can someone tell me how to place the links?
Or to give me an example.

try a little more space between list items and consider removing the underline and changing the link colour

But using my IE6,the space between list items is ok.
Do you use IE7 or Firefox?

it's pretty much the same in firefox, but maybe if you lost the underlines then it would look better?!

looks good , but lots of links , so made me little bit confused , some spaces , or rearrnagement can make your site too good .

In you first page just put the main links like
(1).Health Alert
(2).Exercise
(3).Slimming help.......etc. which shud not open in new pages and den put all related sub links in d respective pages

As said earlier it's prolly a great site SEO-wise. Plenty of text, but when I first get there I want to click away because of all the text!

Perhaps some more graphics, and different color background? All the white and text seems stark.

As far as content, it looks well stocked.

In summary design could be better, content looks great.
