It's not up to the job, the logo is terrible.
You are entering a highly competitive market and need to offering something unique.

Your live chat was offline when I visited - don't have it unless it is manned 24/7

TOS - There is a checkbox on the signup form with a link to the TOS
What else do I have to offer? What more info do you need?

Looks decent but very simple, which could work in your favour or against you. You would have to test it yourself to find out. I like the design since its not complicated but you definitely need more info on there.

Have you tried checking the knowledge base for more information?
As for the 24/7 live support... who really needs web hosting support at 3 am? I know it's nice to know a host has support whenever you need it... but...
