text seems a bit jumbled here.

In the banner, I think the colours clash. The green outer glow on 'services' is an eye sore to that layout. The generic custom tool shape just seems out of place, not integrated well.

I think a few changes to your banner and you'll have a pretty decent site.

about the "text seems a bit jumbled here." ... I don`t know Gx3 Grafix ... but in my browser it fits perfectly ... just like the other do ...

still info@allwebserv ... I don`t know about you ... but that background makes my eyes go crazy ... just like thoos "illusion" jpeg things ... know what I`m talking about ? ...

I hate to admit it but this was my first thought as well.

I agree about the use of the square pattern, they are a bit loud and hard on the eyes. Try lowering the opacity and blending them in to the bg.

Grammar could use some work (ie, learn the difference between "there" and "their").
It's also lacking punctuation of some sentences and capitalization of some words.

Overall, it gives me the impression that the writer is not a native-English speaker,
which isn't a bad thing if you're not. If you are a native-English speaker...oh boy.

From looking at the source code, I would recommend buying a few web design books.

Tables are not for layout.

Use a DOCTYPE
