Looks great, website that held my interest pretty impresive.
Just a few minor things.
Make the splodge and the border around the content darker, my eyes took a while to work out what was happening in the background. That was the only thing I found visually distracting.
It took me a while to work out where Puerto Vallarta is. I had never heard of it before so you might want to say it's in mexico on the front page.
Unfortunately firefox doesn't have world domination yet so you might want to think about finding a javascript that will load the flash content for you. This will get around those horrible "click her to activate control".
Some of the pages took forever to load, maybe cleaning up the code will sort some of that out.
Overall fantastic site. Love the homepage, navigation is funcional and works well with the site.
