I don't know the ways to promote them. So, would
you please share your knowledge with and advice me
that how can I promote them?

Well you can use your signature for starters and also maybe post a link so we can take a look at it.

GO around forums that relate to your topic and get active, advertise on such sites as this one by putting a url in your signature or making use of the advertisment forum section you are currently in!

If you want to try signature advertising, then I would recommend hiring some staff members to promote the forum at other forums. Otherwise you run the risk of being active at other forums and not your own. Spread the work load.
