The title on the "insert message" should be changed to whatever you would like to title the paragraph.
I like the color scheme, it has a "sitebuilder" feel to the layout, I'm not sure if it was built with one or it was just designed that way, as the earlier poster said it has an old fashioned feel to it.
The navigation is great and easy to follow. The content is well written as well.
