Very nice site. I also like the flash header and I find your use of space to be very well done. It is a little busy but the symmetry of your options are great at preventing competition for visual attention. Also, you also keep the color scheme very simple, which allows the your text to easily stand out. The result is a site that is easy to visually navigate.
While there are always little tweaks that can be done, I don't see any changes that absolutely need to be made. Again, great site.
