Thanks guys. That's one of things I was worried about. Dang. I sure like the old typewriter look, but I guess it doesn't work for web designs...

Yes the font is hard to read, but it was a good idea to try. More content would be good too! Good Luck!

I think so, a large font can be, the font is too hard to read.

The header part looks very plain for me... And the font doesn't look great... And I agree that you should put more content on your index page. Don't make the texts converted into image. Use html format for your content. good luck!

Brian, have you looked at the different typewriter fonts on DaFont?
And, yes, a larger font-size is better if you intend to use that type.

I made the font bigger on the "About" page. Does it look readable now?

the font is hard to read AND is unsuitable for the subject matter. picking something clean like verdana and use some increased line height instead

the height of the, er, line. the default varies between browsers but if you set it at something like 1.5 on the body and/or anything that might need it

e.g.
body {line-height:1.5

ah but i see your site is made up entirely of images so using that would be no good.

in your graphics application increase the leading a little (the space between lines of text)

you need alt text on all your images, and for those images that contain too much text (more than say 30-40 characters) you need to use long descriptions too

So "Line" is the height of the font? How tall the letters are?

increasing the line height (or in print terms, the leading) increases the amount of space between the lines (in css http://www.w3schools.com/css/pr_dim_line-height.asp)

as in the attached
