Interesting site. The four big blocks at the bottom of the page don't seem to be vertically aligned very well with the main body of the website. You also might want to consider putting some sort of border around the main body, only because the links at the top (like Home and Contact) seem to cut off very abruptly.

Overall, quite interesting like I mentioned. Good job!

I like the logo and the overall look. The Google ads clutter up the header. I agree the four blocks at the bottom look out of place.

Interesting look, but a little busy. I would remove absolutely any content that isn't neccessary, or push it to inner pages. The footer skews the layout and doesn't create a sense of balance.

The menu text is a little small for my liking as it doesn't really catch the idea at all. Remember, bold is good, so make things a little more obvious.
