I hate to say this as it's quite a cool feature but you HAVE to scrap the whole dictionary thing. It's not only not immediately obvious what it is, hard to use (compared to regular text) and not very modern (despite being flashy, it's a little unprofessional in some senses) but it's also crap for SEO. Seriously consider revising that with largish welcome text and bold words to draw attention.
I really like what you've done with your logo, interesting concept.
Finally I would increase the sidebar text size a little, it's very small right now so think of your users and don't make them squint.
