very organized, nice color scheme and logo

but i ave some points to say:
- the side navigation takes seconds to load (every link) --> this is long time
- check your sign in page in IE7
- why use "front page" and not "home" word in navigation?
- the blue header isn't on all pages, the layout is changing along the site

wow, i like it a lot, i do agree with unicorn where they have mentioned the loading times on the navigation, but apart from that it looks very smooth and i do like it a lot, its one of those sites that makes you want to look around and invites you in. Very Nice
