pretty nice... but the font color of the word "josechukkiri.110mb.com" doesn't fit the pink background.. the color is too contrast...

You should set a <title> tag that shows on browser top.

I don't like pink color on your site.And banner also mixed in that color. I suggest you if you use some more color that great for your site.

I agree with the post above. Try to change the background and match the banners to that color.

Advise, you should learn more "place Ads" technique.
