I owna forum it was a general discussion forum I'm after turning it into an entertainment forum so I built a new design to go along with it www.websiteforumz.com could you please let me know what you think. I based it on my other site dragonstardesign.com.

Its a forum there is not much you can do to make a forum orginal anymore there are just to many

Try to expand your forum step by step. It will reduce your workload, and your visitors will get more quality content on your site.

Let say, if you want to focus on Games Forum, you can try to loaded your forum with more latest game cheat

Take my words, go for Quality, not Quantity

Your forums strech out to the borders of the browser, I think you should use some margin.

Overall I like your design. One thing thou, you don't really spot the logo, the ad block is just so big in comparison to it, it just shadow over it (the logo is really small too). You should really use bigger logo and header.

I have a few members who all have their own sort of forum which they prefer limating it would'nt work in the long term

I have visited your website, but could you tell me what different there are between your website and other forums?You know you can get many free forum website without design. There are some ADs in your homepage, I think less AD is better for new webiste! Don't put ad's until you get a steady flow of visitors. If it's one thing that will distract a potential visitor from the first stop it will be massive ads on the top.
