Website Review and Suggestions

I'm working on a nonprofit website targeted mainly at teenagers.
It has been a labor of love, and I would loove soom feedback.

I have finally finished.....well a site is always awork in progress, but I'm in production.

I really like the layout. In the blog the flash header take some time to load thou.

In the main site, you should really add some borders and margins to the 'Join Us' Block in the main page, it might be redering issue as some images and the slideshow miss part of their border.

Also in the intro, it's really not obvious where you need to click to enter the front page/blog. I really just randomlly clickled untill I found the button. It might be just because the flash in the page isn't big and clear enough, you can't really read the smaller text like 'Main Site'

It's a bit problem when i mouseover the link
And the landing page font is quite pixelated
But the blog theme is COOL! Just doesn't like the header on the blog. You can make it static and the whole blog will become absolute pro and match
