You've got a number of errors in your CSS and HTML. Might want to consider fixing it.

Why not trying to change the menu rollover from blue to green to match the colors? The blue seems kind of random.

I'd like to comment on a few things from the viewpoint of a tech-savvy web surfer and semi-experienced web developer:

From your splash page:
"Uses web2.0 technology" looks cheesy. I have to assume you mean AJAX, and I just don't see that as a selling point.
"Developer APIs (coming soon)" looks cheesy as well. I don't like the idea of advertising/selling something that doesn't exist yet.
"Best Viewed with Internet Explorer" looks worse than cheesy. This isn't 1997-- you should support as many browsers as possible!

Missing from the features list?
* If you use your own servers, I might advertise that and where they are located. Even if not, and you are reselling Amazon S3 space, I might advertise that. I'd certainly like to know where my files were being stored.

Visually, I actually like the splash page. Orange and green mesh well with me. It looks professional and clean, other than the IE image. However, once I sign up, you have some color contrast problems with the user page. The "Upload a file" link turns blue on a dark gray background, and the "cancel" button is blue on a red background-- both are very hard to read. I agree with TripleMoons that the blue seems random. Green would match a lot better. It also looks like the inside of this user page is shifted left by 50 pixels or so (I'm using Firefox 2.) Finally, your bottom links: Contact, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use don't seem to work for me.

Other thoughts:
* I would put a noticeable signup button on the front page. I think you would get more conversions that way.
* You should offer the enterprise account during the free signup. I think you would get more sales.
* A user should be able to upgrade to an enterprise account later if they sign up for a free account first. Again, more sales. (If they already can, it wasn't obvious enough for me to find.)
* Your signup may be way too simple. I thought it was a login form at first. No confirm password, no email, no captcha. What happens to "I forgot my password" and preventing automated bots?

Overall, I like the idea of the website, but the features sound almost unbelievable. You offer unlimited bandwidth for both free and paid, allow a huge file size, plus no apparent restriction on the number of accounts... it just sounds ripe for abuse to me. I have to assume that users are going upload warez on your site. How are you going to monitor it? Are you going to snoop through files, or will you rely on user complaints/reports (and who would bother to report it)? If you create a developer API, don't be surprised if someone tries to use your site as a seedbox. An API is a good idea-- you just need to be cautious.

You have to find something exclusive if you need more subscriber.
FYI, Google have one plugin "GSpace" (if i am not wrong), they allow to turn their Gmail space into HD space. and it's FREE

So, you have to find a unique point in order to convince people to join your Network

Some Important Points
- Build up Affiliate Module
- Provide a solid backup on their data, convince them their data ABSOLUTELY SAFE, SECURE
- Ready to Advertise your service

If you interest, you can pay me a visit, i will open my Ad Network in middle of Jan08 "TongHuat Ad Network"

Happy New Year & Good Luck!
