Hi all
I just spent a few days deep inside my cavern coding this little jewel. I know it looks a bit plain, and I'm going to make adjustments after I get a few more hours of sleep, but your opinions are greatly valued.

thingg.com

Thx.

Rio

Nifty.

Loads quickly for me. For what it is, I think simple is better anyway.

The only thing I don't care for design wise is how the header/footer is blue to match the proxy but it doesn't match the other two when it switches.

Good design, boring topic (already 10000000 proxy sites). My question for you is what makes YOURS unique?

Very nice! I like how the page loads when you click on the pagerank button, looks very cool. Great job!

Thank you TripleMoons. I took your words to heart and changed it all to blue. How does it look now? I also made a few design modifications...

I just want it to be slick and clean, unlike 99% of other PageRank/Proxy/YouTube downloaders out there. Plus, there's three things in one- (and hopefully I'll be adding more) so I wanted it to be handy and useful.

Looks good all blue. I also noticed you changed the animation (I like both)...

I can't say I've ever used a PageRank/Proxy/YouTube downloader, so I have nothing to compare it too...But I've book marked the site because I think the PageRank function is handy and it loads very quickly and is easy to understand (necessity for most users). Out of curiosity, what else were you thinking of adding?

On the proxy login the "browse" and "hide me" buttons are kind of boring. You have a visually appealing button for "Go," "Download" and "Check" (not digging the red but orange works of course, complimentary!) Why not create something to match?

Site looks good, the only problem i found is when checking my sites pagerank, the box which shows the result has the text overflowing vertically but the box provides no vertical scrollbar.

I'll fix the overflow. I'm thinking of adding a WHOIS and domain name check tool too and some other *useful* items. If only I can find them without forking over a ridiculous amount of my money...

Nice clean design! Switching between the tools looks really cool!

Your page rank checker is way more useful than most page rank checkers I have used before. Normally, you put in the URL, let the page reload, and get one number. On yours you put in the URL and get back a whole bunch of stats. As previously mentioned, though, the information cuts off.

My only complaint is that the box that appears when you use the proxy tool gets in the way of the site. I would suggest using frames or just putting the box on the right side of the screen where less websites have content. Another possibility would be keeping it hidden after the user clicks hide once.

Great site! Very useful.

Wow you guys are fantastic. Based on your suggestions I moved the PageRank thing to the front so that it's easier to use and fixed a few things so that the results don't overflow the frame. Maybe my goal of actually making the site "something beautiful" will come true!

Thanks dman_2007. I already have it working on the site. I tried a lot of them out but none of them seemed to work as well as CJ's Domain Whois.

I agree, the blue fonts are too alike and should be more eyecatching in another color perhaps

The changes you have been making are great! I assume you have noticed that the WHOIS does not have the cool effects on it?

Other than that, the only things I can suggest to you are new features/buttons.

- Graphics for the "Whois" and "Register" buttons would be great
- If you could make the domain/WHOIS part work in real time like this, that would be incredible

Great site and getting better all the time!

Really nice and helpful site. The simplicity of the site makes it unique, fast, and easy to load. I love the page rank page as it is very helpful.

Nice Work ! I Like The Layout And The Colour. I Think The Blue Goes Well With The White Background.

Quite good design, you have a simple site so the design should also be simple, and it is. Only thing I can see worth changing would be the top links, they don't look at all like regular links. You should consider using blue and underlined text for links.
