I like the color scheme, looks very old-age-computer-screen-ish and lends a very slick nature to the site, but I would recommend either putting in cookies for your main page or doing away with it altogether because if you're going to make a forum website people are going to be there to write and discuss, and that added page makes it all the more tedious to click through, especially if you are a regular (which people will be if they visit). I might recommend a bit of a design improvement to make it look it's actually a *football* forum rather than any old forum, but then again it might not matter to the regulars (and to Those Who Like To Write With Capital Letters All Over the Place). The T R F F image is slightly unecessary, especially since you don't seem to use it anywhere else.
