Website Review and Suggestions

Hey, i'm not really sure if I should put it in this forum but I will. I need suggestions on this idea I'm thinking of.

I was thinking of making basically a youtube, but only for gaming videos. I only see like 2 other sites out there that are like that. It wouldnt be anything else but youtube-gaming. I was thinking of a domain like:
http://www.fragvideos.com/
I do not think thats taken already so that would probably be the domain.
I could probably get a youtube clone script somewhere.

Any ideas or suggestions anyone has please help me out.

How big are the sites that are out now? Are they popular? There's tons of gaming sites so the audience is definitely there. It would just be a matter of offering everything the other sites have but more or something so unique that they would want to come to your site.

I really like the idea, I just found a website today actually (www.wegame.com) that does the same thing. Very cool for guys like me on a laptop to see what we're missing from high end desktop gaming lol! What about fragtube.com?

Just bought that domain! JUST KIDDING! Anyway, choosing a niche might actually be a good idea. How many gaming videos are on Youtube? If there aren't a lot, you could have a winner.

seriously. i bought that domain... not because i read this thread but because i wanted it... and was amazed that it was available.

next time.. think less... buy more. It's only $10 you can always sell it for half that on tdnam, sitepoint or dp later if you decide not to use it.

Well Dragon although I think it was daft to start a thread without 1st securing the site name, if you wanted it you should of contacted the thread starter before you went ahead, I think your well out of order...

i didn't find this thread until after the domain was purchased.

i google all domains that I own to track down where the site is being mentioned or linked from. that's how i found this thread and wanted to post here telling the thread starter to not do this again.
