Hmm, Yelow button on white background do not look nice for eyes. I suggest you to change background color!

Oh it hurts my eyes! Why do you use such bright green and yellow on a white background? You should really think about toning it down.

You are using SEO spam with your site, for example the ALT tags. Don't do it, it's not worth it, all you can get is your site removed from Google. There's also quite many SEO links in your site and keyword stuffing. It doesn't look good.

And you also have quite many ads there. I wonder do you really get much traffic yet as it looks like a brand new site... What's the point of turning your visitors away with too many ads before they can even get to know your service? Why not FIRST build up the traffic, get people to use your service and only THEN include ads.

Finally, your site doesn't work very well. For example, I'll click "Horror ringtones" from the front page and a new page opens. First, there is a block of ads, then the yellow buttons with the mario and other pics below. Then, a huge block of some 15 lines of white space, the next three blocks of ads and THEN a block with 7 actual ring tones. And under that some SEO spam.

I'm sorry but I don't quite like this, too much SEO, too much ads and too little content.

As far as the colour scheme goes, I agree with the above posts that the yellow and green colours need toning down.

I also think that you should sort out buttons for the left menu instead of a list of links.

Woops. Besides wholeheartedly agreeing with what the other said (especially jv16), it just looks like you got a bit too on the "I want to earn money" side and in doing so you will probably be gravely disappointed. If I visit this site for ringtones, I don't expect to see "Ringtones" written everywhere - I just want the stuff that I'm looking for and be sure that I'm getting it. I presume you got the script somewhere as well as all the midi files. It's a pity because if you present it correctly (and skimping on the ads first) you have a pretty nice foundation (I actually found a midi!).

So yeah. Prioritize things first. Ads last.

Like above, I had to squint when I opened. It hurts my eyes and the font is really hard to read.

The google ad and the header/logo has a border around it and doesn't look flush with the site.

I didn't navigate too much through the site as the color just hurt my eyes. If you change the color scheme I could revisit and go more into detail.
