Oo, I like. But I do have a few (hopefully constructive) criticisms:
1) The three main images work well. The background on each, however, doesn't mesh well with the background color, so they look more blocky than they should.
2) I'm not a big fan of the lime green because it doesn't go well with the white text, and the page in general seems to conflict between the dark grey blackground and the key-lime green. I don't think the blue hover color doesn't work well to your advantage, either: I usually advocate a two-color scheme (with varying shades of brightness of each) and so the page looks a bit ill-composed.
3) The tag cloud is nice. But it does seem slightly overdone. I would scale down a bit on it so that it could actually be of use. How about resizing based on popularity? (Perhaps that function is enabled, and I've yet to actually see it, in which case my bad).
That being said, good job. I like how the videos slide in. The three main buttons are nice (why not make the images clickable too?)
I look forward to seeing it expand.
