To start with, I would get rid of that greenish background color and use something blueish or just white.

Headers and graphics look a bit amateurish and should be worked on a bit more.

Otherwise is not too bad.

What CMS are you using?

its ibp 2.3.3 and back ground is Blue mate well Frankly m not very Good at graphics but still i tried to use light colours theme so that its userfriendly ... and want your help to make the site more easier to use for everyone

Those images are annoying imho and is ‹^› really neccessary before and after every word? maybe just come up with a creative name for the forum then put a brief description below it.

I think the site is just lacking some professional graphic work . Looks like you have respectable traffic already very good. Just looks like to me it just needs some clean up work and lean a little more to a professional look. I rate it a 6.5 Thank you
