Overall I like the design / layout. The lookup script is handy. Nice domain name.
I've seen similar sites that also have auto completion which can be nice.
The header image looks nice. To add to your content you could take the phrases from the header and convert them into web copy.
The design could be converted into pure css so you dont have to rely on tables to hold the design together. This will help separate your design / layout from the content.
I like that it is a nice simple single page design.
