Website Review and Suggestions

Please review my Business network. I would like to hear something about the design ( yes I know the source, but do you think it fits with the theme of the forum ? ), I would like hear something about the layout and about the structure of sections.

Hi, I like the layout, colour and general site theme, just two small ideas. The logo I would make a bit bigger and the sub forums where there are quite a few makes the area look crowded. Can you not display them or maybe just show one or two?
