You have a few things in your code to tidy up , missing alt attributes (mostly the logos), no table summaries, and few other odds and sods - do a html validation and you'll see them. most of this is probably caused by your "designer" using a WYSIWYG (Dreamweaver!). Missing form labels as well!
Search engine friendly URL's would give a slight advantage, though your pages should still be indexed. I'm a bit confused as to why the most part of the site run under the /productcart folder - not a huge issue but running everything from root might have been more logical???
The left menu is very squashed up, not a huge problem but giving a bit more room to breath will make it that bit easier to follow for many people.
Using a table based layout on a brand new site, and nested tables, isn't going to win you any customers who reply on assistive technologies to use your site. There's not really an excuse for doing this any more because CSS is supported by all popular browsers.
As fas as using the site I didn't have any problem, I could find all the info I was looking for.
