Hmmm... Snowflake means web? Don't think so...

oh, then no problem.
But try to add more white/blule (or maybe whitespace) to make it look like fresh site, not a site designed in 97. Design must attract. Well, some reflections, Web 2.0 images will be also good for your site/design

Well... Today I just tried to fresh your design. And created a sketch based on your current design (clickable):

What i've done.
I deleted all unnecessary information. You can use search withour "Search" button, coz every designer knows that pressing Enter key after filling the field causes submit action.

Then, deleted the word "Categories" coz everyone understands that there is a list of categories, not links below.

It's just a sketch...

Try to put some color in your design, make a combination of 2-3 colors.
