I like this a lot, I nearly didn't do a rewiew as I spent so long on your website.
One thing I would change, it is not obvious that the head outline is a link.
Overall , excellent.

Really great but...
-1- The images should actually be small and not just squeezed down using height and width settings.

-2- "use slider, arrow keys or your mousewheel" this text was bearly visible and readable. try using a larger size.

To the left of the picture frame on your home page is an outline of a head, when you hover over it you realise it is a link to your Bio. There is nothing to indicate this is a link.
