Hi there,

Can I get some feedback on our website? We'd like to make several changes, and since we offer solutions to webmasters, I figured this would be the best place to ask for advice and feedback.

We will consider everybody's '2-cents'.

I would replace the bold font for all body text on the front page. Use bold just for headers, it makes the page easier to read and makes the headings stand out.

well, bold is bad. U must concentrate user's attention. I hope u know that users don't read web-pages, they scan.
Here is a scetch (bad scetch, but better than your one) i created for explanations of focusing user's attention

Show user what he can do, explain him why ur service is better, then explain him some tips...

im a lover of flash, would be cool if you had a neat flash intro at the top to display what it's all about because too much text make me go ehhhhh

design could use a bit more work, but cool idea.

Do not listen to line! Flash must be used only when necessary! Do not forget that flash cannot be indexed!

flash doesn't show up on iphones either. Maybe you could use an animated gif or dynamic html or some javascript showing slides. There are other options. But in the end, I'm just saying to give a cool little intro that doesn't have to be too obtrusive. But can get the ideas across without making people have to read too much. Convey with imagery!
