Hey Webmaster-talk members, Just started a new website dedicated to movie trailers and movie trailers only. Site is new and not all the pages are finished but would love some reviews on it. The site is called Movie Trailer Land I would love honest reviews, done be afraid to give some criticism .
With the menu it looks strange having the right side rounded corners and the left not. Also the left has a 2px bar going down the side. I know why you've done this - because the left side if very similar in color to the background color next to it. However, reduce the line to 1px wide (will look far nicer) and round that corner too).
The red links in your footer clash with the background. I would make them light grey.
The text underneath your top story area is distracting and is really just repeating the text above this area in longer, more unreadable terms. Just scrap it.
The text about your website under the menu doesn't feel right. Reduce the width of the top line so that both lines are equal width but still centered. People hate reading massively long lines of text. Also it's quite a lot of text to get through so make certain key words light yellowy/orange (this will compliment but not distract from the rest of the color in your design).

I really like it, the black vackground suits the theme. I tried downloading a trailer which kept pausing, and pausing, and pausing. It was that bad I couldn't watch the trailer and had to click off, could you shorten the DL time for these?
