Amy,

First, I edited your post to put in the actual URL, which should appear in the post.

Now the review:
Interesting site, but the first thing you will want to take a look at is your images. They are quite pixelated and of questionable quality. Curved edges shouldn't have a jagged, pixelated appearance. Be sure you are rendering your images with "Anti-aliasing" turned on in your graphics program.

Your "Web Templates and Resources" link to me a Yahoo page which Yahoo said doesn't exist anymore.

The dropdown menus on your navigation buttons rollover, but don't rolloff when the mouse is moved off of them (in IE6).

Your web banners link showed a good selection of web banner backgrounds -- original material.

Your forum seemed to be working (I didn't post), but I didn't quite understand the purpose of it. Is it a Q&A forum? Is it moderated? Can I make requests for web resources there?

I clicked the shopping link and it kept the web banners that I had been looking at in the right part of the page while the entire left panel changed into a shopping menu. Even as I clicked on links on that shopping menu, nothing ever changed the web banners. That was unexpected behavior. I certainly would never input my credit card information into a site like that because it offers me no good feeling of security.

You have a great deal of work to do.

Same As Above...

And I'm not crazy about the spacing between your frames.

And it doesn't fit 800x600 screen resolution; one of my pet peeves.

Hi there.

Good to see you have stuck to black text on a white background, this helps our partially sighted friends and makes the site nice and easy to read.

Technically there are a few issues you may want to look at, please view the site in a high resolution and you will note that the contents of the site, especially the navigation is jumping to the middle and the lower left banner is cutting off.

Design wise, the flash banner along the top is very trendy but the clarity of the text is in question, also if you did use it as a image you could keep the design but use a H1 tag below for web design resources, this would help that search phrase in the search engines. The text on the navigation is also very difficult to read and will not help browsers who have no patience and do not like to squint

Finally, the site itself is not Search engine friendly due to the navigation, if you use a flash or navigation application, you must make sure that it is supported by traditional text links, without this the site cannot be spidered and the content that you have obviously taken a lot of effort to enter will not be found, this will also effect the search engine saturation of the domain and will mean you are ranked lower.

Hope this helps

I like the site, but there are a few things wrong with it.
-The graphics are very very pixelated
-You forgot about the title tag
-You have to click to get away from the rollover menus
Other than those things I like the site.

First of all your site needs more grafic .
The menu in the left looks like hell with all that plain text , some buttons with nice rollovers would be more nice and also some CSS elements should adjust the way your website looks.

You have a lot of free space in the right ... put something there.

The whole site is pretty white. Add some color! Also, the graphics are pixelated. Finally, it is not necessary to have the text box on the first page. It would look a lot better not to have the scrolling bars, and just text.

Hi Amcy
on the banner at the top of the front page where it says web resources, i see it is layerd. I sugset that insted of having the bottom layer the same size, make it one bigger thay the top layer, And top layer positioned left.
Yours Ash P.S. Good luck for the future.

ur coding is too complex for your end result. U also have too many meta tags. As good as they are, some search engines crash when trying to access ur site because of the many different tags. Just have all the info in a few tags. Also you could use some proper scrollable content:
www.dynamicdrive.com
in the search box at the top right, type in scrollable content.

try this site
www.freelayouts.com/templates
its where you will be able to find all kins of templates. All r free too. It will boost ur site aswell

You are also using far too many iframes/frames for my liking, because my browser doesnt show me the full content of your site. Also the top advert is off alignment, it runs into your side graphic.
