Amy,
First, I edited your post to put in the actual URL, which should appear in the post.
Now the review:
Interesting site, but the first thing you will want to take a look at is your images. They are quite pixelated and of questionable quality. Curved edges shouldn't have a jagged, pixelated appearance. Be sure you are rendering your images with "Anti-aliasing" turned on in your graphics program.
Your "Web Templates and Resources" link to me a Yahoo page which Yahoo said doesn't exist anymore.
The dropdown menus on your navigation buttons rollover, but don't rolloff when the mouse is moved off of them (in IE6).
Your web banners link showed a good selection of web banner backgrounds -- original material.
Your forum seemed to be working (I didn't post), but I didn't quite understand the purpose of it. Is it a Q&A forum? Is it moderated? Can I make requests for web resources there?
I clicked the shopping link and it kept the web banners that I had been looking at in the right part of the page while the entire left panel changed into a shopping menu. Even as I clicked on links on that shopping menu, nothing ever changed the web banners. That was unexpected behavior. I certainly would never input my credit card information into a site like that because it offers me no good feeling of security.
You have a great deal of work to do.
