When I first looked at your site, I felt blasted with all kind of information. I didnt know where to start. I was a little intimidated at first, due to all the different links that are provided.
How does it work? Adding a page that explains this (in common language) could help your signup conversion rate. Also, you can make your site a little more friendly by adding some graphics - to make the most important 'actions' you want visitors to take more visible.
