Your grammar in general could do with a bit of a polish .

At least maybe look at making this sentance a bit more clear, I could'nt understand it even after I read through it a few times.

"Factors in choosing a suiatble (you spelled Suitable wrong) domain name are business name... "

And maybe to rephrase this sentance,

"Domain name must reflect your business name so that there is a match between your online and offline business"

With

Domain name's must reflect your business name so that there are matches between your online and offline business.

Just some suggestions.

There's far too much in the paragraphs for White on Black. Change it to Black on White or cut your paragraphs down and change the font to verdana at 14px with 130% or 140% line-height.

Is DOMAIN INFORMATION meant to be the title?

the poor grammar makes it a tiring read, so yes, you should worry about the grammar if you want people to read it AND understand it.
